Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team and drive the recruitment of top technical talent. In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and interviewing candidates for various technical positions, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tech industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for matching talent with opportunity.

Job Description:

• Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including detailed database searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, job ads, and more.
• Craft compelling job advertisements that showcase exciting opportunities.
• Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, from initial screening contact to online interviewing through to offer stage, including reference checks.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout their job search journey.
• Partner closely with Account Managers to ensure a seamless experience for everyone involved.
• Build strong relationships with top tech and digital talent, becoming their trusted career advisor.
• Develop and maintain pools of candidates by Position and Skillset (as directed by team leader) to ensure fast response to job requirements.
• Integrity, Quality & Compliance:Request permission to submit from each represented candidate.Provide relevant feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.Maintain a high level of database integrity through accurate and timely recording of recruitment activities as well as candidate, contractor and client information.Conduct reference checks and follow recruitment best practice guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the IT or digital sector.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive and results-oriented individual with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• A strong phone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Amenable to work onsite everyday - day shift
• Experience with Australian market is a plus.
• Experience using Bullhorn Recruitment Management system would be ideal.
