DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform end-to-end sourcing and recruitment
- Manage multiple requisitions across various lines of businesses in Business Operations/Technology, particularly on Transformation Hiring
- Perform process and organizational improvement within the Talent Acquisition processes
- Partner closely with recruiting, business, and HR advisors to understand hiring needs
- Manage alignment on the interview process, where the hiring team is properly prepared, and o candidates are properly and comprehensively evaluated as well as sold on the opportunity
- Ensure an efficient and cost-effective recruitment processes of employment agencies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Atleast 1 year of experience in technical and end-to-end recruitment
- Must have proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
- Experience assessing situations and effectively managing client expectations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Strong analytic skills with the ability to balance the appropriate candidate pipeline with the hiring need
- Good to have: Client management experience
- OSH certified is a plus
