What youll do
- Clarifies with the Business Owner and Business Analyst their needs and priorities
- Manages communication and deployment once the project is finished or about to finish
- Develops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manages changes to the project scope and project schedule using appropriate verification techniques
- Drives the project team members and makes sure that project members are on track based on the set timeline
- Ensures that all members are aware of their project deliverables.
- Motivates the project team members and provides mentoring and coaching when needed.
What you will need
- We are looking for 10+ years of experience in software development project management with complete devotion to agility
- Possess the following skills :
- Customer Focused: Passionate about user-focused design, high-quality technology, and what we can do to improve it
- Technically Agile: Ready to deep dive into technical areas when needed but also discuss these topics to a non-technical audience
- Priority Driven: At ease working in a constantly evolving, dynamic environment and driving top issues to resolution
- Understand and practice a balanced approach to managing the team and the projects you are responsible for
- Scrum and Kanban advocate
- Passion for the latest technologies and development methodologies

- Have experience in using Agile Project Management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level.
- Have a solid understanding of software development lifecycle and expertise in Agile and Traditional project management
- Have a proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile Methodologies
- Have a sufficient level of technical background to provide highly credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks.
