QUALIFICATIONS:- Must be a graduate of BS Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Background/Experience is an advantage.
Oversee the following areas:
a. Facilities Management
b. Workplace Housekeeping Management
c. Office Security Management
d. Transportation Support Management/Fleet Management
e. Health and Safety Management- Improve Program and service quality by ensuring on time delivery of all supports needed by the corporate, division, and local work team.
Maintain continuity among corporate, division, and local work team.
- Develop systems, program and plan of dispensing company requirement for general services.
Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes or the disposal of records.- Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Manage the efficient, timely and responsive delivery of general services and supplies management to the company.
- Develop efficient transportation services in support of the requirements of various departments.
Supervise the provision of logistical support to company programs, projects, and events designed to meet management objectives.- Supervise the transfer, movement or relocation of property and personnel when needed.
