A qualified candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science inn Civil Engineering.
- Assess and inspect Home Improvement refund applications of the clients/homeowners;
- Prepares and issue notice of violation of the violating improvements;
- Inspect on going home improvement;
- Inspects the site for any illegal constructions;
- Perform the Quality Assurance Evaluation; and
- Receives, reviews, and assesses of facilities for turnover.
