Job Description:
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Expert/Professional who will lead our cybersecurity implementation team. As a technical manager, you will be helping the team build the necessary skills and manage the implementation of cybersecurity projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and Implement Cybersecurity Projects through the deployment of relevant technologies
Coordinate with project and company stakeholders, customers, teams, and departments to ensure the successful implementation of technical deployments and operations- Learn and understand the features, functionalities, and capabilities of the cybersecurity products carried by the company
Ensure that technical documentation is complete and effective for reporting and endorsement to the support team
- Initiate innovation and the adaptation of more technologies for incorporation into the company's solution offerings
Manage a team of engineers in terms of performance, skills development and growth through teaching, coaching, and mentoring- Ensure that the skills of the team are updated and kept sharp by designing and implementing a skills development program for the team members
Design, develop, and maintain the team's service offerings that align with the company's solution offerings
Desired Qualifications:
- Graduate of an IT related course or equivalent
Relevant experience in implementing cybersecurity projects- At least 5 years of experience in the practice of Cybersecurity
Has at least 2-3 years of experience in managing a team or holding a leadership role
- Experience working in a B2B company, catering to enterprise clients is a plus
Holds relevant certifications in the field of cybersecurity

Pay: Php75,- 00 - Php90,000.00 per month
