Role Description
Lead, oversee and assist technical requirements and enhancements to address and meet customer needs on core network telecommunications platforms and software developments requirements, and continuously ongoing future technologies on Virtualization, NFVi, Cloud, Automation, Containerization, Artificial Intelligence and Security. These are key essential drivers which can lead to promising business opportunities for the SMSGT company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor on degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge and experience (at least 5 years) of network, system, hardware, operating systems, Telecommunication Technologies and Development Deployment and support in a fast-paced environment
- Solid knowledge of software development methodologies, tools and processes
- Solid experience in customer and issue/troubleshooting/recommendation/fix handling, monitoring, strategy and reporting
Required Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, Spring, or Django
- Solid understanding of database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge on telecommunications, system and hardware, core elements and future technologies
- Internal, Vendor, and Customer communications
- Strategic Technical understanding and development skills to achieve customer requirements
- Soft skills, Effective Technical and Horizontal Communication
