SUMMARY OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - A. Primary Responsibilities Enablement
- _Solution Design:_ Lead the design of technical solutions that align with client requirements, business objectives, and industry best practices.
- _Technical Leadership:_ Provide technical leadership and guidance to the professional services team throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment. Share expertise and best practices with new recruits and co-workers within Operations/Consultants team
- _Architecture Development:_ Develop and document architectural designs, including system architecture, data architecture, integration architecture, and security architecture.
- _Client Engagement:_ Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements, assess existing systems and infrastructure, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- _Collaboration: _Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions within the client environment.
- _Mentoring and Coaching: _Mentor and coach junior team members to foster their technical skills and professional development. Conducts regular technical training to team member about products and other related technologies
- _Quality Assurance_: Ensure the quality and scalability of technical solutions through effective design reviews, code reviews, and performance testing.
- Technical Resource
- Provide technical expertise to our consultants and customers to identify challenges that our products can solve from presales stage, project implementation and technical support
- Serve as a key member of the solution delivery team by facilitating requirements/design session, and producing deliverables
- Work with the implementation/project team, articulating our implementation approach to specific customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from Sales to Delivery
- Perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development framework
- Provide assistance to presales team to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
- Assist in certain technical presales activities where there will be the effort required to assist in Proof of Concepts, RFI's/RFP's, etc.
- Provide guidance and assistance to our Support team in addressing customer technical issues

a. Participates during consultation on the organization's strategy and policy making;

c. Assists in determining the Company's fulfillment of the legal and other requirements; and d. Participates in various employee engagement programs of the Company as a committee member or as a participant.

a. Timely submission of all required reports and regular attendance in meetings;
b. Undergoes any training or instruction to enable him/her to work competently and safely;
c. Observes company policies, rules and regulations;
d. Establishes and maintains harmonious relationships with other employees, officials, outside organizations and agencies;
e. Maintains confidentiality of information.
f. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Education:
Experience:
- solution architecture or software development: 5 years (Preferred)
Enterprise Systems Management: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
* ITIL Certification (Preferred)
