The Technical Engineer will work from the Philippines office and provides technical and administrative support to overseas operations. They will work closely with the Project Managers, engineers and the Engineering Manager to meet the deadlines.
Job Qualifications:
- Engineering degree (licensed preferred); Geological, Geotechnical, Civil, Hydrogeological, etc.
Background in hydrology/geology is an advantage- Minimum 2 years corporate experience
Must be excellent in office productivity suites (MS Word, Excel, Power point)
Job Description:
- Prepare project start-up documents, Method Statements, working drawings and work procedures.
Prepare payment application templates and draft regular progress reports.- Prepare Well commissioning and decommissioning records and as-built drawings.
Maintain a documentary record to a high-quality standard of WJ's contractual activities, including the collection, collation and presentation of data.
- Monitor project submissions including Daily PSA's, borehole logs, etc.
Assist in making dashboards and setting Alarms.- Apply for the utility locates ahead of time and prepare the public and private locates package.
Prepare detailed dewatering plan with inclusion of AutoCad drawings.
- Willing to work extended hours
With keen eye on details- Reliable, hardworking and can work independently with minimal supervision
