Customer Champion:
Provide exceptional technical support by handling service or support calls, both internally and externally.RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Specialist:
Coordinate seamlessly with the Internal RMA Coordinator and suppliers to manage RMA items effectively and ensure timely replacements. (Optional)Sales Collaboration: (Optional) Team up with the sales team for joint sales calls/visits to potential clients, providing technical expertise and strengthening client relationships.
