- Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Engineer located in Makati. The Technical Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and implementing security solutions and infrastructure for clients. The Technical Engineer will also provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. The Technical Engineer will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure a smooth customer on-boarding experience and provide technical advice to customers.
- Develop and implement security solutions using Zimperium for mobile threat defense, including expertise in Zimperium SDK.
Design, deploy, and manage F5 security solutions, including load balancers and application security modules.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security features into applications using Java and ensure secure coding practices.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement measures to safeguard systems and networks.- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving security-related issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging threats to proactively enhance security measures.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and enforce security policies.
- Graduated of Computer Engineering or Information technology
Proficient in network and infrastructure security technologies and protocols
- Experience in configuring and implementing firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPN gateways
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills- Experience in customer service and technical support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High-energy individual with a positive attitude, good teamwork skills, presentation skill, attention to detail and customer communication experience is required.
