You will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support, product training, and solutions to our valued customers.
Become a product and solution expert through continuous learning initiatives.
- Provide exceptional technical support by troubleshooting and resolving customer issues via phone calls or in-person interactions.
Conduct product training sessions for clients to ensure they maximize the benefits of our solutions.- Perform Proof-of-Concept (POC) demonstrations for prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our solutions.
Collaborate effectively with the Technical Manager to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Identify and implement solutions for internal technical concerns, ensuring smooth operations.
Deliver exceptional IT services by implementing client-specific product solutions.- Test and verify functionality of RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) units.
Keep clients informed on the status of their repair requests and ensure timely updates.
- Coordinate with internal RMA teams and suppliers to manage RMA items efficiently and meet replacement deadlines.
Prepare regular reports to keep stakeholders informed on technical activities and progress.- Participate in joint sales calls/visits with the sales team to provide technical expertise and strengthen client relationships. (Optional)
Research and compare prices for required spare parts to optimize costs. (Optional)
- Take ownership of additional responsibilities assigned by your supervisor and management.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology, or a related field (preferred). Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
- Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills with a focus on building rapport and exceeding expectations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Strong business acumen with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to achieve success.
