Duties and Responsibilities:- Prepares Advice of Receipt for all new or revised in-process, finished and stability product specifications.
- Forwards new or revised manufacturing formula and procedure to the New Technical Services Department Manager for review and issuance of Advice of Receipt.
- Sorts out all superseded master Manufacturing Orders and Batch Manufacturing Records. Maintains a separate file of the same for historical purposes.
- Prepares a Certificate of Destruction (COD) for obsolete internal documents.
- Handles inventory of all external technical documents received and all internal / external documents on file in the form of spreadsheets.
- Acts as custodian and controller of all technical documents comprised of client and ILI master manufacturing documents.
- Inspects new raw materials and imported bulk of new products and prepares Raw Material and Imported Bulk Spreadsheets and Inspection sheets.
- Inspects new punches and dies.
- Assigns formulation code for imported bulk of new products.
- Checks and assigns proper storage and handling of raw materials and imported bulk products.
- Monitors validity of Certificate of Product Registrations (CPR's) of products manufactured/packaged at ILI.
- Checks correctness of shelf life / expiry dates of locally manufactured and imported bulk products.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree and a Professional License (passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Pharmacy.
Candidate must be proficient in the application of Microsoft Office specifically in Microsoft Excel and possesses good working knowledge on SAP.
