• Job Summary:

As a Technical Consultant, you'll be responsible for the technical design, solution development, and post-implementation consulting and administration of solutions and programs on the Forsta+ platform.

As a member of a program team, you'll be working as a technical consultant. You'll provide detailed technical design and specification of solutions, and develop solutions using the Forsta+ platform.

The development of solutions on the platform does require skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery etc. which extend the capabilities of the tool. This is where Web Development experience will be of benefit.

• RESPONSIBILITIES

• General Activities:

Act as the technical point of contact with the customer and other project team members.

• Assess client technical requirements and provide viable solutions.

Development of technical specifications.

• Lead the

development and deployment process working with the program management team. Adhere to company and customer's processes in place for project governance and delivery.

• Work with clients to integrate Forsta technologies into their business applications.

Manage and conduct solutions QA.

• Assist with client UAT.

Providing solutions administration and overall ongoing technical services as required for the client solution (Post Implementation Consulting):

• Build a relationship with client management and team members.

Assists with managing services project budget.

• Working with team members, on multiple accounts, manage all aspects of the on-going post implementation solution services.

Manage change and resolve conflicts that can impact services and operation of the client solution.

• Assess client business requirements and provide viable solutions.

Provide platform training and knowledge transfer.

• Work with the Pre-Sales team and Solution Architects for development and delivery of technical presentations in-person or online.

• REQUIREMENTS

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline; relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year for year basis

2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role

• Technical Skills:

Working knowledge with Jscript /JavaScript, HTML, CSS

• Forsta+ platform and /or other comparable product experience

Experience in working with data manipulation and process with different data formats (e.g. SPSS, CSV, Triple S, etc.)

• Data Visualization in reporting tools a plus

Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth

• Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS

Must be able to work from 6 AM-3 PM

• Must be amenable to do hybrid setup

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,

• 00 - Php80,000.00 per month
