JOB DESCRIPTIONS- Provides assistance to Sales & Marketing Department by filling out questionnaires, providing technical documents, assisting in customer audits and participating in workshops and meetings
Provides necessary assistance to Technical Compliance Supervisor and Technical Manager in attaining compliance on food safety, quality statutory, regulatory, ethical trade and customer requirements- Assists in supplier management and audits
Responsible for conducting experiments based on Request for Product Evaluation (RPE) and special projects
- Responsible for evaluating raw materials
Handles sample preparation and evaluation- Maintains safekeeping of product formulations and confidential technical information
Takes part in maintenance of laboratory and its equipment
Graduate of BS Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology or Chemical Engineering
- Preferably knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, Ethical Trade Initiative and related regulatory & statutory requirements
Must be computer literate- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Must be knowledgeable in the operations of laboratory equipment
