QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Hotel & Restaurant Management or other related program
Certified Bread and Pastry Chef- At least 10 years of relevant work experience and expertise in bread and pastry, preferably in Philippine market
Experience in creating training materials and conducting trainings / demos
- Experience in ideation of recipes / product development, bakery management and operations
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills- Able to work in collaboration with different teams
Create recipes and manage the recipe library of the company- Oversee the daily operations of the Department including maintenance of equipment
Provides technical expertise in terms of the application of products, setting up of working / demo area, baked goods and product displays
- Trains Chefs for demos and provides proper orientation to new hires
Manage the Department's budget and monitor the expenses- Coordinate with various teams such as Sales and Marketing, Research and Development, Quality Assurance, Purchasing and Logistics
