The Technical Center Assistant will provide technical and administrative support in the implementation of the Technical Center strategies and targets. This role will regularly communicate with QA and R&D departments mainly on takes related to application and sample testing while providing other administrative support to his/her department to accomplish the departments deliverables.
This role will report directly to the Technical Center Head and will work closely with the rest of the Technical Center staff members.
- Provides technical insight with QA, R&D, and Technical Center whenever requested.
- Ensures all application tests are timely scheduled and fulfilled according to the agreed lead time
- Keeps tracks all the received samples and ensures these are stored base on the recommended storage condition
- Responsible for all application tests requested by QA and R&D and executes all tests according to the standard procedures
- Records and reports test results to requesting departments (QA and R&D), and other departments involved with the testing through e-mail and in a timely manner
- Ensures proper communication with the requesting departments on issues relating to the testing, sampling, and other related concerns
- Ensures proper disposal of all the tested and evaluated samples
- Supports the implementation of the Technical Center strategies and achievement of its targets and related deliverables
- Provides support during the research and developments process
- Helps the team from planning to execution of all marketing support activities such as demos, expos, conventions, etc.
Education and Experience:
- Graduate of any 4-year course preferable in Food Technology, Nutrition, HRM, and other courses related to baking and pastry arts
- Open for fresh graduates, experience in baking is an advantage
