Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Technical Business Development Specialist to join our team. The primary role of this position is to conduct product and system demonstrations, providing vital support to the Technical Business Development Manager and the Head of Business Development. The ideal candidate will be technically adept, has existing knowledge of the banking sector, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for learning and development within the business development field.

Qualifications:


Up to 2 years of experience in a technical or business development role, preferably within the technology or SaaS sectors.
Banking experience is a must
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate complex systems and products.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Product and System Demonstrations:

Conduct comprehensive product and system demos to potential clients, showcasing features and benefits.
Tailor demonstrations to meet the specific needs and interests of each client.
Collect and relay client feedback to improve product offerings and demo processes.

Support Functions:

Assist the Technical Business Development Manager in daily activities, including preparing presentations, and reports.
Support the Head of Business Development in strategizing and executing business development initiatives.
Participate in client meetings, providing technical insights and addressing any queries.

Market and Product Knowledge:

Develop a thorough understanding of our products, services, and the competitive landscape.
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities.
Share insights and learnings with the business development team to enhance strategies and approaches.

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Provide technical support and information to clients during and after demos.

Skills and Competencies:


Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.
High level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
