Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with hands-on experience in Web Development, Salesforce (SFMC, SFDC), and Google Analytics. In this role, you will work closely with both business and IT teams to define requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure the seamless implementation of systems and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining and Documenting Business Needs: Work with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, goals, and objectives.
- Translating Business Requirements into Technical Specifications: Convert business needs into technical specifications and collaborate with development teams to implement solutions.
- Collaboration with IT Teams: Partner with IT and development teams to design and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements.
- Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of systems to ensure optimal performance.
- System Performance Reports: Create and maintain detailed reports that track the performance of existing systems and strategies, identifying areas for improvement.
- Project Management: Lead project activities, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Training and Support: Provide training to users and stakeholders on new systems and software solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption.
- Staying Current with Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in business analysis, web development, Salesforce, and analytics tools.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities to improve business processes, workflows, and system efficiencies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Web Development: Experience with web development technologies and frameworks.
- Salesforce (SFMC, SFDC): Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce Sales Cloud (SFDC).
- Google Analytics: Proficiency in using Google Analytics to track and analyze website and campaign performance.
- Technical Specifications: Ability to translate business needs into clear technical documentation and specifications.
- Project Management: Experience leading and managing projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
