The Role
Work with US and local teams to configure and test benefit administration systems.
Develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing of different system components: web application, data imports, batch jobs, reports and extracts.
Perform impact analysis, requirements gathering, and regression testing
Troubleshoot and analyze technical problems in testing and production environments.
Work and/or lead the implementation of special projects or creation of tools
Participate in meetings with local and US colleagues
The Requirements
At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Practical experience in test planning, execution and test results review
Experience in impact analysis and requirements gathering
Experience in troubleshooting and issue investigations
Possesses good English communication skills to effectively communicate with local and US colleagues
Knowledge and practical use of SQL in data query at the minimum
Can work well within teams but can also work independently and with minimal supervision
Resourceful, self-motivated, efficient, and detail & quality-oriented
Experience working with colleagues overseas is a plus.
