Work Set Up: Hybrid (2x/ 3x onsite)
Designs and tracks customer journeys and creates and delivers relevant products and pricing, marketing and/or channel strategies, taking decisions based on customer data, being responsible for business outcomes, and coordinates with relevant internal and/ or external stakeholders, in order to design new and continuously improve existing customer experiences.
You will contribute to the overall strategy by ensuring that data is readily available in real-time for clients, colleagues and regulators.- You will drive and potentially lead projects using your experience as a business/data analyst.
You will work closely with diverse personalities across the hubs and manage internal and external stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for building out and delivering the business requirements, business processes and resolving business constraints.
Job Requirements:
- Experience with eliciting and understanding business requirements and translating that to functional design/data mappings.
Experience working with data in a Data Warehouse framework.- Experience/ knowledge on data modeling concepts and data modeling approaches/ techniques.
Proficiency in SQL.
