Job Summary:To provide technical support to Sales Team by conducting baking demonstrations.
Conducts baking demos/seminars upon request.
- Shares with Sales Team technical skills and product knowledge with regard to baking.
Assists existing and prospective customers on their baking problems and sharing with them new baking techniques.- Assists the R&D Team in creating new recipes.
Graduate in Baking School or TESDA is an advantage- At least 2-3 years experience in baking
Competent in baking any kind of bread and bread products
- Knowledge in flour rheology is preferred but not required
Ability to perform baking demonstration Amenable to work from Mondays to Saturdays
