Job Description

The Technical Assistant is a key player who supports the President and COO by managing schedules, leading projects, and creating important content. This role is perfect for someone who is great at managing multiple tasks, understands the importance of clear communication, and has a knack for keeping projects on track. A big part of the job is to take charge of the Philippine Trust Study and any other big projects that share our insights with the world. This position also involves taking the lead on preparing and submitting EON's entries to various awards shows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the calendar effectively, making sure important meetings and deadlines are prioritized and any scheduling conflicts are resolved quickly.
Lead the planning, coordination, development, review, and project management of the Philippine Trust Study iterations and other major projects, ensuring they are insightful and impactful.
  • Take the lead on writing and managing submissions for EON entries to awards shows, showcasing our achievements and innovations.
Work on multiple departmental projects, meeting important deadlines and achieving project goals.
  • Communicate effectively within and outside the COO's office, making sure the executive office is well represented.
Research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decisions, using practical methods from communication research.
  • Create summaries, reports, and presentations that clearly share the COO's plans and ideas, using straightforward language and clear storytelling.
Support corporate affairs initiatives with a thoughtful and analytical approach, adding valuable insights to various company projects.
  • Use technical skills to support both virtual and in-person presentations, meetings, and conferences, focusing on clear communication and effective use of technology.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Humanities, Political Economy, Journalism, Communication Research, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
At least 5 years of relevant experience, especially in roles that require supporting leaders, analyzing information, and managing projects, ideally in a large company setting.
  • Proven ability in managing projects, with certifications like PMP being a bonus.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and work proactively.
  • Good at using Google Suite software, project management software, and CRM systems.
Strong in communication and getting along with people, with a focus on being clear and straightforward.
  • Understanding of how large companies work, including their operations and administrative structures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,
  • 00 - Php60,000.00 per month
