Primary Responsibilities: - Assist in coordination of project activities
Attend and participate in project meetings- Coordinate with the project team to assist with Account Owners communication regarding their existing projects and reported issues of the clients
Monitor project progress and timelines, identifying potential delays or issues and escalating them as needed
- Support the resolution of project issues by identifying problems and provide recommendations
Oversee interaction between Development, QA and Implementation, with regards to the existing projects- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related course Basic understanding of the technical aspects relevant to SDLC
- Basic understanding of how to integrate data from various sources or systems, and knowledge of APIs (Application Programming Interfaces)
Knowledge in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, Jira an advantage- Proficiency with communication platforms such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Click up or other collaboration tools an advantage
Understanding of different project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Lean
- Experience in project administration and coordination an advantage
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
