Technical Assistant

Job Description:

As the Technical Assistant at Dead Eye Designs, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our technical presence of production while overseeing various technology-related aspects of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Technical Management:

Implementing the company's technical strategies and hardware/software buildout plans.

• Managing the technical division within and outside the company, guiding technical projects, and allocating resources as necessary.

Managing and optimizing our tech stack, including Monday.com, HubSpot, Shopify, and Typeform, to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

• Providing technical support in production, ensuring the smooth functioning of all technology systems such as the machineries (printers, hot press, sewing machines, laser cutting machine)

Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.

• Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

Maintaining all printers, including our dye-sublimation printer.

• Managing internal databases and ensuring data integrity.

Developing and maintaining competence and credibility.

• Building, configuring, and modifying computer hardware and software; integrating systems, software, and hardware for enterprise-wide applications.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong IT troubleshooting skills.

Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Above average spoken and written (English-Filipino).

• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and content creation.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Nice to Have:

Previous experience managing any of the following software: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Technical Softwares, Monday, HubSpot, Shopify, or Typeform.

• Knowledgeable about operations of machineries

Photography and videography skills for content creation.

• Knowledge of the competitive shooting niche is a plus.

Pay: Php15,

• 00 - Php17,000.00 per month
