Position Description:The position is responsible for ensuring that requests related to the hiring and selection of qualified applicants are adequately processed according to set the target and quality of outputs.
To deliver qualified candidates within specified time frames aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- To process contracts and related hiring documents of new employees within the set timeframe and required quality.
To update plantilla, employment records, and recruitment reports within the set timeframe and required quality.
- Recruitment
- Processes manpower requests for Luzon Chapters and Molecular Laboratories (regular, project-based, consultancy)
Manages recruitment process of staff positions to deliver appropriate candidates within specified time frames aligned to organizational goals and objectives
- Reviews recruitment requests and post position vacancies; online platforms, and internal
Screens and evaluates candidate applications for accuracy and role requirements- Conducts preliminary interviews and assessments; face-to-face, via Zoom/Gmeet and phone
Provides chapters with background checking on candidates
- Coordinates second interviews with chapters/departments
Maintains applicant records for alternate position placement and talent identification
Updates the PRC plantilla, replacement and new staff recruited, and reports regularly the new employee- Processes hiring-associated paperwork such as contracts, appointment letters, stc.
Monitors conclusion of contracts and notify department and chapters via memo of expiry.
- Works with chapters to ensure position descriptions within the organization are accurate and up to date
Consolidates 201 files of Newly Hired employees and ensure completeness before deployment
Assist the Human Resources Director, Recruitment Officer and wider Human Resources team for special projects, events and assignments as required.
