The Business Development Technical Assistant shall create variety of technical documents relating to marketing plans, communications and development depending on the accounts assigned through conduct of research and fact gathering.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in strengthening existing reporting system within the organization- Author, edit and proofread a variety of technical documents relating to marketing plans, communications and development
Conduct research and fact gathering to reach conclusions and convey those conclusions in an effective manner
- Manage publishing projects from conception to printing and distribution
Integrate and troubleshoot the work of the technical assistant in the publishing process- Manage online platform of Fund Generation
- Team Coordination and Support
Coordinate all aspects of project reporting and ensuring data and/or information is of high quality- Collect, format, review and ensure compliance and standardization of reports, memos, letters and other documents for internal and/or external dissemination- provide guidance and support to staff which will include, but not be limited to, producing and writing memos, letters and reports.
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the online store, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Coordinate with various marketing, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with vendors to replenish stock as needed.- Conduct regular quality checks on product listings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Assist in analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the implementation of new features and functionalities on the e-commerce platform.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to propose innovative ideas for growth.
- Qualifications/Minimum Education:
University/College degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other relevant field.
- Personal Qualities and Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Application (such as Microsoft Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.) Online Platform- Good Written and Oral Communication skill
Good Report-Writing Skills
Detail-Oriented and Well-organized
- Has a sense of liability and responsibility
Works hard to be able to meet expected outputs and deadlines- Able to adjust to working hour and environment
Able to gather and analyse data- Good monitoring and evaluation skills
At least 2-3 years of working experience in digital marketing would be an advantage, but not necessary
