Motivate all staff members and essentially creating a space that acts like an inquiry zone. Here the staff members can ask concerning questions and also voice their concerns.
- Update work schedules and performing troubleshooting as and when required.
Write progress reports efficiently and deliver presentations.- Be transparent with the entire team regarding challenges, failures, and successes as well.
