Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be planning and implementing proactive promotional activities for our Electrification Smart Power sales organization in the Philippines, providing technical solutions and creating market demand for ABB products (Low voltage breakers & switches, enclosures, motor starter application, power protection, low voltage switchgear).You will be building long-term customer relationships and identifying / developing sales opportunities by introducing, presenting, and educating the target audience about ABB products and tools. - Implementing proactive promotional activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars and technical development of projects and solutions - Creating plans for target audience visits and conducting regular status reviews, including analyzing and deriving the insights and output of the visits - Establishing and maintaining effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their needs and to ensure they are well-informed - Generating project opportunities from assigned accounts (Consultants), spec in ABB products and solution - Ensuring project opportunities will be converted to order in collaboration to Sales Team - Ensuring a positive experience for the customer target group throughout the promotion activities - Providing customer support by responding to technical questions and performing electrical calculations for the design institutes and technical consultants - Ensuring efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques - Conducting and organizing appropriate training interventions as needed - Managing administrative tasks in technical promotion processes and creates reports based on the organization's needs
Qualifications for the role
About 5 years of experience in working as Sales, Technical Sales , Technical Promotion Specialist or equivalent in the Electrical Industry
Knowledge and experience in Low Voltage products and equipment, UPS , ATS and exposure from different Segments (F&B , Semicon, Buidlings Infra)
Experience in working in Demand Generation business covering Electrical Consultants or Electrical Designers
A Registered Electrical Engineer with strong background in technical application and presentation
Fluent in English
