As a Technical Administrative Assistant, you will support the Quality Assurance and Project Coordinator teams by ensuring field boundary files are uploaded correctly into our system and appropriately tracked in Airtable; confirm lab invoices align with orders; and enter requests into local utility location provider system and track to ensure they are reviewed and completed. You will work with a Quality Assurance Specialist and Project Coordinator.
- What your responsibilities will be:
Verify and analyze data input from disparate systems
- Enter, update, and maintain technical data in databases and spreadsheets
Ticket management to track updates from utility location provider and ensure all points are reviewed before sampling beginning- Ensure appropriate documentation is received and filed in appropriate locations
Review lab invoices to ensure charges align with the order
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to team members
Work closely with the Project Coordinator team to track progress, provide timely updates, and review data points- Work with the Product Delivery team to make sure lab invoices are current and meets specifications

Associate's degree or related experience in any STEM field is preferred but not required- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, but not required
Ability to understand and process technical information
- Experience in data management processes, invoice management, and ticketing systems
Database and spreadsheet information capture, management, and use- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
Must be legally authorized to work in the United StatesWhat would make you stand out:
- Proficiency with creating visual representations of data such as maps, graphs, andhistograms to effectively convey information
Experience designing and implementing solutions with minimal guidance- Preferably has experience with GIS software (but not required)
