Experience:2 years previous experience in customer service, technical support, or sales roles in an IT- BPO & Call Center industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with emails, computer systems, software applications, and troubleshooting techniques.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Sales Acumen: Ability to understand customer needs and effectively recommend products or services.
Education: A Bachelor's degree with a background in computer, network, electronics and communications field.
