Job Description

  • Bachelor's Degree

    A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

  • Technical Proficiency

    Experience with HTML and JavaScript is advantageous.

    Familiarity with Postman or other API platforms for API testing is beneficial.

    Advanced knowledge in troubleshooting technical issues is required.

  • System Monitoring and Reporting

    Monitor the ongoing systems developed by the Enterprise Resource Planning Team.

    Produce reports and charts to communicate data trends to non-specialists.

    Present information generated by the ERP system to executive management, including the President and Chairman.

  • User Support and Communication

    Provide updates and technical support to users, addressing their concerns.

    Assist employees with technology-related issues by diagnosing, solving, and explaining problems.

    Monitor application usage and facilitate employees development into advanced users.

  • Developer Support

    Provide dedicated support to developers in investigating and resolving application-related issues.

    Collaborate with developers to diagnose problems, provide detailed bug reports, and suggest solutions to enhance application performance.

    Facilitate effective communication between developers and users to ensure that technical issues are addressed promptly and accurately.

  • Issue Tracking and Reporting

    Provide comprehensive reports on bugs, software change requests, and other relevant issues.

    Ensure proper logging of all concerns, errors, and feature requests.

    Manage report tickets from creation to resolution

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
