Your Role:
As a Team Support Associate, you will:
- Ensure child safety by maintaining consistency and compliance in every service
- Respond to inbound phone calls from Camp Australia Staff members, candidates, and referees
- Respond to emails from Camp Australia Staff members, candidates, and referees
. Responsible Processes:
. Staffing
o Filling vacant shifts
o Adding Shifts
o Cancel Shifts
o Coordinator Cancellations
o Replacing Team Members
o Changing Rostered hours
o Non-arrival for shift
o Resignations
o Managing Excess Labour
o Linking New Hires - Recruitment
o General Inquiries
o After hours reference checks - Records
o Staff qualifications
o Upload documents - General payroll queries
- Perform ad-hoc tasks or other reasonable duties assigned in support of the business
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- Experience in Customer Service for at least 2 to 3 years
- Excellent English communications skills to be able to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
