Job Description:
Bo's Coffee is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Store Barista to join our team. As a Team Member, you will be the face of our coffee shop, creating a warm and welcoming environment for our customers. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our store.
Greet customers and take orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks, teas, smoothies, and other specialty beverages.
Ensure the consistency and quality of beverages by following recipes and standards.- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning coffee machines and equipment.
Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels and restocking supplies as needed.
- Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle cash responsibly.
Address customer inquiries, provide recommendations, and resolve any issues promptly.- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.

Prior experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and a passion for coffee culture.- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
