Team Member (MOA)

Specialty Food Retailers, Inc., a subsidiary of Rustan Group of Companies, is currently looking for Store Team Members to be assigned at Shake Shack - SM Mall of Asia.

Responsible for executing the day-to-day operational duties and responsibilities of the Shack that supports operational standards and the culture of Enlightened Hospitality.

• Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare all ingredients for the day

• Organize stocks and ensure that FIFO procedure is followed.

Weigh and record individual ingredients for wastage tracking.

• Make the inventory of all the ingredients.

Follow proper standards and procedures in preparation of food ingredients.

• Qualifications:

College level, preferably has subjects related to Food Preparation

• Fresh Graduates are Welcome to Apply!

Preferably with Kitchen (preparation) Experience

• Has keen Interest in kitchen work
