JOB DESCRIPTION - STORE SERVICE STAFF/CASHIER/TEAM MEMBER - GREENHILLS
Reporting to Shift Leader
Frostee Global Food CorporationPrimary responsibility is to handle customer transactions efficiently, provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for every customer.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- CUSTOMER SERVICE a. Interact with customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner. b. Greet customers as they enter the store, assist them in choosing their yogurt flavors and toppings, and answer any questions they may have. c. Provide recommendations and suggestions based on customer preferences and dietary restriction.
- ORDER TAKING a. Should be responsible for taking customer orders b. Consider and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the rest of the store team.
- CASH HANDLING a. Responsible in punching customer purchases, accepting cash, credit card, or mobile payment and providing accurate change when necessary. b. Should be proficient in operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring that all transactions are handled promptly and accurately.
- CASH REGISTER RECONCILIATION a. At the end of your shift, you need to reconcile the POS system, ensuring that the total sales match the amount of cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods processed during the day. b. Ensure accuracy in handling and accounting of cash

- PRODUCT PREPARATION a. Prepare yogurt mix according to recipe standard. b. Prepare/cut fruits according to standard cutting procedure and weight standard.
- PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE a. Stay up to date with the menu offerings, including yogurt flavors, toppings, and seasonal specials. b. Be knowledgeable about the ingredients used, including any potential allergens, to assist customers with dietary restrictions or preferences.
- CLEANLINESS, SANITATION AND ORGANIZATION a. Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment at all times. Regularly wipe down counters, yogurt machines, and toppings stations. b. Keep the counter area tidy, restocking supplies such as napkins or straws, and alerting the appropriate team members if any equipment or supplies need replenishment. c. Ensure all utensils and equipment are properly washed and sanitized. d. Adhere to Food Safety guidelines and regulations to guarantee the health and safety of customers. e. Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- STOCK/INVENTORY MANAGEMENT a. Monitor all packaging, yogurt and topping inventory levels and communicate with the
Shift Leader when supplies need to be replenished. b. Help with restocking shelves and refrigerators as necessary. c. Make sure that no variance for items in the inventory report d. All inventory reports should be accurate and correct. e. Monitor and track product usage, coordinate with Area Manager and adhere to the company's inventory control process.
- TEAMWORK a. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment. b. Assist teammates during busy periods or when additional support is required. c. Work closely with Shift Leader and other team members to coordinate order, communicate customer preferences or requests, and address any issues that arise during your shift.
- UNIFORM AND GROOMING STANDARD a. Maintain a clean and tidy personal appearance by following the company's dress code and grooming standards. b. Wear appropriate uniform and nameplate while on duty.

Pay: Php15,860.00 - Php18,309.55 per month
