Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Team Manager - Travel to join our dynamic team in Mandaluyong, Philippines. As a Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing a team of travel consultants, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving performance to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Lead and motivate a team of travel consultants, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment
  • Drive team performance by setting clear goals, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to develop and enhance team members skills
  • Analyze team metrics, including attrition, shrinkage, and other critical performance indicators
  • Identify trends in customer behavior and preferences, providing valuable insights to senior management
  • Implement and drive organizational initiatives within the team
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into team processes
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to address concerns and celebrate successes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in team management, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Team player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Knowledge of travel industry trends and best practices (preferred)
  • Experience with travel or hospitality programs (advantage)
