Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Team Manager - Travel to join our dynamic team in Mandaluyong, Philippines. As a Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing a team of travel consultants, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving performance to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead and motivate a team of travel consultants, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment
- Drive team performance by setting clear goals, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to develop and enhance team members skills
- Analyze team metrics, including attrition, shrinkage, and other critical performance indicators
- Identify trends in customer behavior and preferences, providing valuable insights to senior management
- Implement and drive organizational initiatives within the team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on travel industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into team processes
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to address concerns and celebrate successes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in team management, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities
- Team player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Knowledge of travel industry trends and best practices (preferred)
- Experience with travel or hospitality programs (advantage)
