Job Responsibilities- Monitors and tracks agents productivity
Maintains and coaches agents in delivering Quality transactions- Checks daily attendance and daily reports of all the assigned Pros under his/her supervision
Practice and carry out operational standards to manage overall team performance and attrition rate
- Client relations - communicate and coordinate with the client regularly
1-2 years as a Team Leader in a Healthcare account with billing experience for providers
- Must have an excellent English Communication Skills
Demonstrate strong problem handling and analytical skills- Demonstrate an ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Must have high tolerance for stress
- Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Strong interpersonal skills- Willing to work night shifts and on-site
