At least with 1 year experience in Food Industry as Team Leader
- Must report ahead of production schedule to inspect availability and cleanliness of the machine, proper hygiene of personnel, cleanliness of the area prior to start-up production.
- Maintains the right and required number of workforce per line to meet required set target based on Production Plan.
- Ensure all WIP are available in the assembly area or storage prior assembly of products.
- Ensure that people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner while achieving quality and safety standards.
- Ensure production throughput is being achieve base on stated capacity targets.
- Ensure equipment is within calibration date and are functioning correctly.
- Ensure that production staff are aware of day to day targets and discuss if there are special instructions.
- Report any irregularities and concerns pertaining to machine and equipment failure or stoppages and coordinate to PM department for proper corrective actions. Ensure to call the attention of Shift Supervisor for prompt actions and coordination.
- Monitor and keep track of status of PM work request.
- Ensure all production forms are properly filled up with signatures and submit to Production Shift Supervisor after each shift production.
- Validate and submit a record of the ending inventory of all packaging materials, WIP items to Production Shift Supervisor every end of the shift.
- Submit the production output accurately to Production Shift Supervisor and/or Production Planner for Production Planning Purposes.
- Observe proper turn over to next shift to avoid miscommunication.
- Check if all packaging and raw materials will suffice for next shift production. Coordinate with Material handler if necessary.
- Work hand in hand with In Line QA to ensure product quality compliance to prevent customer complaints.
- Initiate investigation for a Non-conformance report and submit to Production Supervisor for corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure that all Operational waste are accurately declared with proper labeling and correct weight declaration and submit to Production Shift Supervisor for proper documentations.
- Manage and control manpower schedule and line up aligned to the schedule approved by the Production Shift Supervisor and Production Planner.
- Report all work related accidents involving production operators and submit a report using the Accident Report Form for proper documentation to identify the risks, failures and hazards that led to the incident.
- Ensure full adherence to 6'S practices at all times, GHP, SSOP, and Food Safety.
- Perform related duties as required. These are duties that may not be specifically listed in the Position Description.
