Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS and JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Experience: A strong background in sales is essential, including experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success.

Customer Success Knowledge: Familiarity with customer success principles and practices is important. This includes understanding customer lifecycle management, retention strategies, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership skills are necessary for leading a team.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop solutions is crucial for a Customer Success Sales Team Lead.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in sales and customer success tools is beneficial. Strong knowledge and experience in any Project Management Tools.

Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data and metrics to drive informed decisions is important. This includes tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and customer success.

(Good to have) Team Leader with a background in Training.
