Job Purpose
Rentokil Boecker is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of service technicians and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a team of service technicians,
Ensure the delivery of excellent service to clients,
Provide training and support to team members,
Monitor and evaluate team performance,
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency,
Maintain strong relationships with clients and address any issues or concerns,
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,
Conduct regular meetings and communicate effectively with team members,
Manage resources and allocate tasks effectively,
Participate in recruitment and selection processes as needed.
