Qualifications:
Any Graduate Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools
Experience in handling team of 40ppl
Graduate from any stream
Willing to work in any shift.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years experience US calling process.
With RCM Experience Can start immediately
Job Responsibilities:
- Distribution of Workload to team members
- Helping the team in handling & resolution of work-related problems, understanding &;interpretation
- Issues and decision-making.;
- Provide leadership and focus to the project teams.
- Responsible for the productivity, quality, and overall performance of the projects
- Escalate and follow up for resolution for all issues that affect work.
- Learn and implement new client systems. Coordinate and organize training for new joiners as well as for existing members of the team based on the project's requirements.
- Interaction with the clients & taking feedback from clients and formulating Strategies to meet the client's specific needs and expectations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php58,000.00 per month
