• WORK SCHEDULE: Night shift

• RESPONSIBILITIES:

To provide support for our front-line service staff to go above and beyond for our clients. The Team Lead is responsible for providing a productive and motivating working environment and addressing any issues/disputes from your team.

The team lead will work close with their team to provide support, coaching and mentor their team to achieve success. The primary responsibilities are outlined below:

• Strong leadership, people management, administrative support

Ability to train, coach, monitor, support, inspire, and promote discipline among the team members

• Maintain employee attrition and absenteeism within controllable limits.

Provide operational guidance.

• Solve problems quickly and effectively

Work alongside your PH & US managers

• Use analytical and critical thinking in work processes and communication skills

Review PTO request, approve timecards and coordinate backup support for PTO

• Document management

Data entry/processing

• Presentation creation/editing

Demonstrate company core values and culture

• Daily tasks as requested by Management

Other duties may also be assigned

• QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT

External: 2+ years of insurance industry VA experience

• Bachelor's Degree desired

• PREFERRED SKILLS

• Organizational and Leadership skills

Adaptability and flexibility

• Culture fit and positive mental attitude

Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Self-starter and can work independently

• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to commute to and function efficiently in a call center and fast-paced environment

• Physically able to work night shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,

• 00 - Php40,000.00 per month
