Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (Undergraduate is acceptable).
Preferable with a minor in marketing or sales skills.- Have at least 2-4 years of Managerial role.
Experience in a sales role in retails (At least 1-4 years of experience)
Have experience in the retail industry or hospitality industry.- Have experience navigating POS.
Brief Description of Works- Ensuring that team members are trained on company policies and procedures
Lead weekly staff meetings to discuss work assignments and schedules
- Acting as a liaison between the company and employees by communicating policies, answering questions, and resolving concerns
Making sure that projects are completed on time and within budget- Assessing candidates skills and qualifications before hiring them
Participating in regular one-on-one meetings with each employee to discuss progress, performance issues, and goals for the future
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a business or department to ensure smooth operation
Communicating strategic direction to management staff and providing feedback on performance- Managing a team of employees, including hiring replacements when needed

Pay: Php17,- 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
