Monitor and analyze the team's performance using the provided tools (Hubspot).
- Ensure the data is accurate and KPIs are met by the team members
Conduct detailed account review and analysis to resolve pending and unresolved tickets to resolve/fix the tickets/issues- Contact via phone/email all escalated cases to ensure closure and successful re-issue
Participate in regular meetings and present team performance and strategies, status updates, risks and challenges, and responses to issues identified, action plans, and process enhancement proposals.
- Looking at ways to reduce waste and increase team effectiveness and efficiency.
Prepare daily and monthly reports and other documentation status- Performance Management (knowledge assessment, process review, monitoring, coaching, mentoring, and development plan)
Acts as point of escalation to resolve issues and/or assign to ensure rapid resolution (People and Process)
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets is a must
Knowledgeable with any programming language or SQL database is a plus- Creative mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
Ability to work independently.
- Amenable to work in a hybrid set up at San Pedro Laguna
