Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- At Least 3 Years of BPO Experience
3. 3 to 5 Years Experience in Team Leadership Role
4. 2 to 3 Years Experience in HR (Any Relevant Experience Including Comp and Ben or Recruitment or Other General HR Work)
Preferred tools experience:
Workday and Workday Recruit
Salesforce
ServiceNow
Other Key Qualifications:
Amenable to work in shifting schedules.
Amenable to work ONSITE (TAGUIG).
Able to start ASAP
