We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives, specializing in providing support through various channels, including phone answering, chat support, and email support.
Responsible for managing a team of 10-12 agents.
- Monitoring and coaching performance of agents to align with client goals.
Act as a messenger between his/her agents and upper management.- Strong communication with our client and ensure that any help needed whether its process or anything that is related to developing agent's skills and improving overall performance.
At least 2 year experience as Team Leader- Preferably from Sales or Technical Account
Basic Knowledge in MS Excel.
- Must be willing to do shifting schedules.
At least 2 years in college
- Requirements (Soft/ Technical):
At least 1 year experience in QA Background in BPO- Excellent comprehension and analytical skills.
Excellent proficiency in grammar and writing.
- Excellent Attendance Record.
Must be willing to do shifting schedules.- At least 2 years in college.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php32,- 00 per month
