We are on the lookout for
Team Leader _(Night Shift) _whose main responsibility is to train and manage agents to ensure all goals are met, procedures are followed and routinely provide directions to a group of call center agents on what to do and how to improve. The chosen candidate will also be conducting regular call monitoring and review for the purpose of quality assurance, coaching and training.
Team Leader _(Night Shift) _ must be able to provide planned improvement actions for both project management and agent performance.
Qualifications:
- Must have completed tertiary education with a degree in Business Management or Communications
With strong command of the English language both written and oral- Above average knowledge in computer applications specifically MS Excel
Work well under pressure and able to work in a deadline driven environment
- 1 2 years relevant experience an advantage although fresh graduates are welcome
