We are looking for
Team Leader to be assigned at
Buffalo's Wings N Things located at
SM City Clark Pampanga.- Team Leader Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day activities in the dining and kitchen areas
- Monitor inventory count, organize stocks, and manage food and labor costs.
Ensure customer satisfaction by promoting and observing excellent service and responding to customers needs in a timely and professional manner- Support the Chief in achieving business and profit objectives, as well as sales targets
Motivate the team to achieve the organization's objectives.
- Delegate tasks to team members
Conduct training for team members to maximize their potential- Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
Conduct quarterly performance evaluations
- Contribute to the company's growth by building a successful team
Create a pleasant working environment that inspires the team- Assist in presenting various reports and other administrative requirements as needed and submit on a timely manner
Mastery and Execution of MIC's High Impact Leadership Disciplines:
o Pre-shift
o On-Floor
o Post-Shift
- Ensure staff members follow company policies and procedures
Assist in other responsibilities that may be assigned by the top management as deemed necessary
