Team Leaders to be assigned at
Buffalo's Wings N Things located at
SM City Sucat.- Team Leader Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day activities in the dining and kitchen areas
Monitor inventory count, organize stocks, and manage food and labor costs.
Ensure customer satisfaction by promoting and observing excellent service and responding to customers needs in a timely and professional manner
Support the Chief in achieving business and profit objectives, as well as sales targets
Motivate the team to achieve the organization's objectives.
Delegate tasks to team members
Conduct training for team members to maximize their potential
Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
Conduct quarterly performance evaluations
Contribute to the company's growth by building a successful team
Create a pleasant working environment that inspires the team
Assist in presenting various reports and other administrative requirements as needed and submit on a timely manner
Mastery and Execution of MIC's High Impact Leadership Disciplines:
o Pre-shift
o On-Floor
o Post-Shift
Ensure staff members follow company policies and procedures
Assist in other responsibilities that may be assigned by the top management as deemed necessary
